Grupel also warrants a permanent technical support service.
This service is carried out by a technical team with more than 33 years' experience in the manufacturing of gen sets.
The technical assistance service is available 24 hours a day, including weekends, with certified and silent gen sets.
Grupel has special equipment available to fuel the generators.
However, when repairs are complex and cannot be carried out on the field, Grupel has a workshop which is prepared to repare any generator from 1 to 4000 kVA.
